With the rapid growth of live-streaming and social interaction platforms, online safety has become a global concern. Dada recognizes that protecting minors is a shared responsibility and a moral obligation that transcends geography and technology.
We fully support the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and comply with all applicable national laws and regulations relating to minor protection, online safety, and anti-exploitation. This policy establishes Dada's zero-tolerance position toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and defines the mechanisms for prevention, detection, and enforcement.
2. Guiding Principles
2.1 Legal-Age Principle
- Dada is designed exclusively for users 18 years of age and above.
- Identity verification, device analysis, and age-checking algorithms are applied to prevent underage registration and broadcasting.
- Accounts suspected of being operated by minors are immediately suspended for manual review.
2.2 Zero-Tolerance Principle
- Any content or behavior involving the sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited.
- This includes real, fictional, or AI-generated content in any form (live video, short clips, voice, or text).
- Detected violations trigger instant removal and further investigation.
2.3 Proactive Defense Principle
- Dada combines technology, human oversight, and legal cooperation to identify and block risks before they escalate.
- We collaborate with global child-safety organizations and law-enforcement agencies to prevent cross-platform dissemination of exploitative content.
3. Definition of Violations
The following actions constitute serious violations of this policy:
(a) Sexual Exploitation or Sexualized Depiction
- Creating, distributing, or possessing any material that depicts minors in sexual situations, nudity, or suggestive poses.
- Justifying or disguising such content under the label of "art," "performance," or "entertainment."
- Using AI, deep-fake, or virtual avatars to simulate minor imagery.
- Discussing or joking about sexual acts involving minors through chat, comments, or streams.
(b) Manipulation and Coercion
- Threatening, deceiving, emotionally controlling, or financially inducing minors.
- Encouraging minors to engage in dangerous, illegal, or self-harm activities.
- Exploiting in-app features (gifts, missions, coins) to solicit or entice inappropriate interactions.
(c) Identity Fraud and Misuse
- Using photos or data of real children to create fake accounts.
- Impersonating minors for attention, financial gain, or manipulation.
- Submitting fabricated parental-consent documents to conceal misconduct.
(d) Organized or Repetitive Exploitation
- Using groups, communities, or external links to distribute child-related exploitative material.
- Coordinating or participating in online challenges or performances that involve minors.
- Any form of facilitation, recruitment, or profit-driven behavior related to CSAE.
4. Enforcement and Legal Accountability
Confirmed offenders will face:
- Permanent account and device bans
- Data removal and evidence retention for judicial processes
- Full cooperation with international authorities
- Lifetime prohibition for individuals with prior child-abuse records
Dada reserves the right to freeze assets, restrict access, and terminate services to protect community integrity.
5. User Participation and Reporting Mechanism
We encourage all users to take part in safeguarding the Dada community.
Reporting Channels
Tap the Report button in any live stream, comment, or chat and select "Child Safety" or "Suspected Exploitation."
Provide screenshots, recordings, or written descriptions to support the review process.
Send detailed reports to report@dada.app. Our Safety Team responds within 24 hours.
After Reporting
- All CSAE-related reports receive priority review.
- Confirmed cases are escalated to:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC); or
- Local police and child-protection agencies depending on jurisdiction.
- Reporter information is kept strictly confidential.
6. Continuous Improvement and Transparency
Protecting minors is a long-term mission. Dada invests in technology, education, and governance to strengthen this policy.

- Regular updates to AI models for visual, voice, and text detection
- Continuous improvement of false-positive accuracy and moderation speed
- External audits to ensure algorithmic fairness and compliance
(b) Education
- Specialized training for moderators and customer-service teams on child-protection principles
- Awareness campaigns for users to understand CSAE risks and privacy safety
- Annual publication of the Dada Safety Responsibility Report
(c) Governance
- Establishment of a cross-department Safety Committee
- Cooperation with international NGOs such as ICMEC and ECPAT
- Transparency reporting on enforcement outcomes and cross-border cooperation
